The Presynct Report Network is a forms-based incident reporting application for the public safety and emergency responder community. The Presynct application uses each agency’s existing paper-based/electronic forms. We digitize them in our system and then make them available through a web-browser. Built around the forms is a work-flow engine that allows for creation, approval, rejection, processing, storing, and distribution of the incident reports. On the back-end is a SQL database for data retrieval, analysis and sharing with other applications. Presynct is an open-source application and will work with most RMS vendor systems. The Presynct Report Network can also serve as an RMS for smaller agencies and is available for purchase or Software-as-a-Service subscription at a very affordable price.
