Crime Point, manufacturer of progressive surveillance vehicles and video equipment for law enforcement, announces the nation’s first line of IP Complete™ surveillance vans. A significant departure from standard platforms, the IP Complete™ series gives police officers the ability to not only monitor but fully control all surveillance functions, whether they are physically in the van or miles away, via any Internet-enable device. The fully networked vehicles create a multi-function platform for both manned and unmanned operations, enhancing tactical communications, investigative effectiveness, officer safety and agency resource allocation.
The IP Complete™ package is available in full-size vans, SUV/minivans or as an upgrade to existing vehicles. Available directly from Crime Point or select licensed distributors, the equipment allows agencies to maximize personnel resources by programming the equipment to record and send photo notifications on motion, alerting officers to log in to view and control the cameras to obtain critical visual intelligence.
Despite their technological sophistication, Crime Point’s vehicle systems are streamlined and straightforward to operate. For increased flexibility, officers can also hand-carry a system from the vehicle for use elsewhere when the original vehicle is unsuitable.
The company also offers covert and tactical outdoor video systems; rugged, concealable mobile video systems; and customizable components for integrators.
